Challenge
Travelers face fragmented and time consuming processes when searching for flights, hotels, and rental cars across multiple platforms.
Opportunity
Pikipiki aims to streamline the travel planning and booking experience by integrating flights, hotels, and rental cars into a single app. Users can effortlessly explore, compare, and book all in one place.
I conducted surveys and user interviews to better understand the challenges travelers face when booking trips across multiple platforms. The insights revealed a strong demand for an all-in-one solution that streamlines booking for flights, accommodations, and local experiences using consistent steps, eliminating the need to switch between apps or rely on third parties.
User Centered Design
To ensure the solution aligned with real user needs I followed a user-centered aproach. Starting with a consistent user flow reducing cognitive load and create a seamless, intuitive experience from start to finish. The Wireframes were iteratively tested to gather feedback and refine both the interface and the underlying flow.

Personal Takeaway
This project reminded me how critical it is to keep users at the center of every design decision. Listening to real pain points helped me move beyond assumptions and focus on creating solutions that truly add value. Initial concepts often needed refinement based on usability feedback. This process taught me to embrace change, stay flexible, and approach each iteration as an opportunity to improve.
